Great, with one tiny flaw
The Gant is very comfortable and the front desk staff and shuttle drivers are the best! The shuttle service was the biggest surprise to us - they will take you anywhere downtown and pick you up anywhere downtown. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so for pickup or dropoff! The only weak spot is the staff at Pepperjack's Cafe - lots of "managers" walking around doing nothing, and we always had to wait WAY too long to be served or even acknowledged.

I have been coming to the Gant since the 1990s. I love the Gant. On this visit on arrival our unit was freezing cold. The night staff was very inept at handling the problem. The next day Erin one of the managers was also not well equipped to address the issue. Bibi the main new manager was amazing and tried to fix all the harm done. But still left a bad taste from the poor welcome and hospitality. I am sure Bibi will do an amazing job fixing the current problems. And we will still come back to the Gant.

Loved this Location!
Love staying at the Gant, our room was spaces for a family of three, great amenities, and the staff was incredible! Loved that they offered a shuttle service throughout the town! Great location too... only a few blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen. Would Absolutely stay there again.
