Jackie, the desk clerk working for the entire weekend, was outstanding with her help. We appreciated her very much. There is no elevator to get to rooms and this was a problem for older folks with arthritic knees and heavy bags. No full-length mirror in the rooms to check our outfits the day of a wedding.

Loved the location, proximity to downtown Meredith and restaurants. Went over to Weirs Beach snd took the narrated tour aboard the Mount Washington cruise. Loved the ambiance of the outdoor fire pit and the small beach access at the inn. There were kayaks available for rent as well. Grounds were well maintained and overall very quiet. All guests were respectful of each other. Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was welcome and tasty! Late check out of 11 am was appreciated!

Property was on beautiful base of the lake. Our room was very average, bedding and shower were okay and very basic. Loved our balcony and view of the lake. The kayaks were nice but were an additional charge per hour. The fire pit was nice although extremely hot weather some s'mores would have been great! Basic breakfast was included.....we just ended up getting coffee and finding local spot to eat.. Georges diner was great! Near a grocer, ice cream spot and tap room within walking distance ..

The property is as picturesque as in the photos! It is very well maintained and the lake access with the private beach was wonderful. The ducks by the lake were very friendly (I’m guessing they are nicely fed by visitors lol). The rooms are clean and updated. No maid service unless requested. AC in the room worked great! The continental breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room could be a little bigger. There are lots of stairs, so if your mobility is impaired this probably is not the place for you. The inn is in a very nice area, pretty close to restaurants, attractions, etc. We will definitely be back!
