"My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend during a Manchester-area soccer tournament. It was the perfect landing spot. We were able to easily do my son's uniform laundry in the basement which was safe and clean. The place was quiet and my son reported that the sofa sectional which adapts into a full-sized bed was fine for him. We walked across the street and got pizza one night and were able to use the kitchen to cook, no problem. We will return back in the future for sure!"

"Had a wonderful time staying in Siena! The view was beautiful from all rooms. It was great to wake up to the sunrise across the water. We also loved being able to have our boat steps outside the door. Very clean and airy living space. Excellent communication with the property owner was also a plus. "First time ever staying in Concord NH and using Vrbo in general, and this was a great place to spend a weekend Sarah was a great host very responsive to messages before and during our stay. Apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay like a full size stove and fridge, had 2 air conditioners besides ceiling fans in the rooms and in the living room it had a smart TV and card games. Drove down with my full size pickup truck and parking was never a problem the entire weekend I was there....

"The ad for the apartment says 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4. We are thinking 1 bedroom and a pull-out couch. There are 2 loveseats. No pull out. Very misleading. Everything else, perfect. "

We were convenient to town and Laconia. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided everything we needed to easily prepare meals. The unit’s accessibility to the lake provided extra fun. "The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning………."

"While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. We didn't get communication...

"There was confusion at check-in as they where not prepared for our rental. But the owners where very quick to respond, and had the place ready in a half hour. This was great for a over vintage stay, but would not be comfortable for more than that."

"We returned to to the property after a friend's wedding, and the front door was locked (guests don't get keys to the front door). Since we couldn't get in, and it was late, we had to go get a hotel room for the night. The front door can easily and carelessly be locked from the inside, making it so other guests can't get it. I would only recommend staying at this property if you carry a lockpicking kit."

"Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around."
