"**Disappointing Discrepancy: Gorgeous Online Imagery, Disappointing Reality** I recently booked at Capital O La Huerta, enticed by the captivating images showcased online. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. I ended up NOT staying. The online portrayal of the hotel is a masterpiece of digital enhancement. The images promise a modern, vibrant establishment, yet the reality is a stark contrast. The building itself is aged, lacking the charm and vibrancy depicted in the photographs. The color scheme doesn't match, and the overall ambiance is tired and dated. Moreover, the pricing of the accommodations seems unjustified considering the actual state of the property. While I understand that appearances can sometimes be deceiving, the disparity between the online portrayal and the real-life experience is too vast to overlook. While the staff were polite and accommodating, the disappointment of the disparity between expectation and reality made me leave and not stay, therefore losing my money. I hope that in the future, the hotel will strive for more transparency in its advertising to avoid similar letdowns for other guests.
