"The property is extremely clean and new. There is everything you need like extra towels, blankets, iron, toaster, microwave, plates, cups and more. The only thing is that you will probably need a car if you decide to stay and wanna go to the beaches or places to eat. The Uber to the beach was about 10$ when we stayed there in late March. Everything is relatively far."

"The property was clean and well taken care of…we could have used more than two bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel. There were four plates, which wouldn’t have been a challenge but there were not any dish towels for wiping the plates. "I went on this trip with my 21 year old son. We had adult family, cousins and a few friends. The house was amazing. We utilized the kayak's and enjoyed the lake behind us very much. We saw manatee on our first day. The pond next to us brought much enjoyment as we saw beautiful birds and turtles all week long. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious for our group. We took an Uber to the store right down the street and to Palm Pavilion to spent a day at the beach, only 5 miles away....
