The Space:
This studio apartment, Key Lime Cottage Studio 2, is perfect for 2 guests. Queen size bed and access to a loft that has a twin mattress.

Kitchenette with sink, utensils, plates, microwave and mini fridge. Table and chairs for a place to share a meal or can be used as a work area.

A private patio that is secluded and fenced in. Enjoy your morning coffee at the patio table or relax after a day spent checking out all Clearwater and Dunedin has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
Key Lime Time Studio 2 is located on a quiet street in a small, safe neighborhood. You are one block from Douglas and can walk to Pinellas Trail. (.25 mile) or to Edgewater Street along the water. (.50mile)

Getting Around:
Downtown Dunedin is approximately 1.5 miles away. The Jolley Trolly has pick up spots to catch a ride for a small fee. (Paid once)

Bike rentals are available on Pinellas Trail.

Dunedin Causeway is a wonderful area to spend the day or to catch the sunset and is only 6 miles from Studio.

Spend the day at Clearwater Beach. 5 miles away or can take trolley to Dunedin Marina and catch the Clearwater Ferry.

There is also a local Tiki Bus you can keep an eye out for and they work on tips.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet time is 11pm - 7am

No pets allowed. A $200 fee will be added to your stay if a pet is found on site.

No smoking or vaping in the Studio. A $500 fee will be added to your stay.

Please park in the space designated for Studio 2

We have security cameras at the entrance to Studio 1 and 2 for guest safety and for insurance purposes. Camera is easy to spot.

Please note that Studio 1 may be occupied and will share a driveway only with their designated parking. Each Studio have their own private entrance, gate and secluded patio area.

Interaction with Guests:
Should any problems come up, please call or text.

Our cleaning and maintenance crew are close by if anything is needed.

Get away to visit friends
We had a wonderful time in Clearwater. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. It gave us a great refuge from our busy days. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood towards the sunset in the bay. Communication with the host was easy and efficient.

10 mins or shorter walk to TD ball park and just a short drive to BayCare field. Tremendous location for spring training ball. Downtown Dunedin is a hidden Gem. For the price point this hidden Gem was spot on for our needs. 100% will Stay again next time we are visiting the area.

Great two night stop!!
The cozy nook was well appointed. Incredible what can be done in a small space. Never felt crowded and anything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again. Although, I thought it was located in Duneden it was only 6 minutes to parking in Duneden. So impressed with the decor. Well done!!!!

Small and adequate
Property is quite dated but held the essentials. Overall, it was neat and clean but we had trouble with the lock box and there were no comfortable chairs or sofa to relax. The renters answered the phone and helped us out with the door lock immediately. An okay place though the neighborhood was debatable.

What a perfect spot for my visit to Dunedin. It's cozy and private. I loved all the thoughtful touches. I was able to walk downtown along the water and walk back along the path. It's a bit of a walk but also places nearby to rent bikes!

Mini vacay
We came to the Tampa area for my friend to check out areas for a potential move. Probably most in love with the St Pete’s/ Clearwater area. This guest house had such a cozy, bungalow feel and very easy for locating items and figure out use of space. Would book this sight again!
