"overall quite positive.... unit needs some minor maintenance work.... plumbing fixtures broken at double sink location, kitchen chair was broken. 2 valances had fallen at blinds. center bathroom latchset came off. toilet barely flushed in front bath.... None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant. Everything was clean. Extra towels would have been a nice...

"This property was just as advertised. It was right in downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to almost everything with the kids. The property itself felt secure and safe with the security measures it took to get into the building. The parking spot in the garage was pretty tight. We were able to get our SUV in with one of us getting out and guiding the other. We’d definitely stay again!"

"Would absolutely recommend staying at this condo. Everything was as advertised. It is nice, new and well appointed. The views of the mountains are great and the balcony is enormous with nice seating. My only concern at first was the bedrooms being right near the living room (particularly with a baby) but the walls were well insulated from noise. The location is also great and right at the start of the downtown area so walkable to most restaurants and shops (albeit uphill). The management company...

Location was perfect as it was away from the city and its chaos which I am not a fan at all. Lots of options to hike nearby and best Zip lining is right down the street which we absolutely loved!!!
