"There is plenty of room inside and we loved sitting on the swinging bench under the live oaks. There were lots of birds at the property and we were close to some nice natural areas. The kitchen was adequate although a drying rack for the dishes and repair of the faucet would be good additions. The mattress on the bed we used was average. "We had 4 couples and 4 kids, and booked almost 2 years in advance for the eclipse. The Rusty Rio is quaint and what it appears to be....a fun and "campy" spot. The only gripe we had was that when we booked, we filtered rentals that had hot tubs, and hot tub was listed as an amenity. It didn't work, and likely hasn't for many years. When we contacted the host, we were advised that it does not work and never has, and that the amenity listing was an error. With that being said, everything else was...
