Six Flags Days Inn

Posted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: N/A
Cons: Remodel the room
Location: the six flags mall is abandon so you would have to drive to do most things.
The room was a nightmare. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. The room had paint peeling from the walls. The door molding which held the sliding dead bolt was coming off. The room was not very clean. There was a red stain on the door which looked like blood. The bath tub had stains and mold growing in it. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel. I will also contact Days Inn corporation. The trains across the street blew their horns every 30 minutes which was hard to ignore.

49ers VS. Cowboys weekend.

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Staff, restaurant, shuttle service, STAFF... seriously, they rock!
Cons: Needs updates and a renovation. New beds and a deep clean in the rooms.
Location: Near the AT&T cowboys stadium, Rangers stadium, 6 flags, and a mall.
I booked this room months in advance for the 49ers/Cowboys game. The staff ROCKS! They are super friendly, gave us shuttle service to the stadium and met each and every need we may have had with a smile. I cannot stress how awesome they are. With that being said, sadly, the actual facilities are a step above a roach motel. They are old, there was a leaky shower head that had our floor covered in water when we checked in, which they did offer to give us another room but really a few towels and it wasn't a problem. The room was a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds are old and uncomfortable but the AC worked very good. Our friend that traveled with us had a lock that didn't work on his door and we let them know, minutes later it was fixed so again, the staff was awesome. There is an amazing authentic Mexican food restaurant and full bar in the lobby. You will feel like you are in a border town bar. Lots of TV's, lots of bright multi colored lights, loud music and if you're as lucky as we were, drag queen tejano! It's a club at night.

It was really bad we had to switch room 3 times because of how dirty they were and weren't the right bedrooms and they never came to clean our room once and had to go all the way to the office just to get some new towels and every 30 min a train would pass and it would wake us up so it has been the worst hotel we have stayed in and it was a bad experience

A trip to the ballpark

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Nothing really.....
Cons: The location next to a train track cannot be changed but a hotel should always have hot water and soap!
Location: Close to Ranger's stadium and Cowboy's stadium. Also six Flags.
A trip to a ballgame with our grandsons had a disappointing ending. The beds were very hard, a loud train came by about every 20 minutes, we had no hot water, we had no bar soap, and there was no coffee at breakfast.

Old hotel

Posted Aug 8, 2014
The service was ok, but the hotel is old, was clean, and is near to at&t stadium. Is too near to the train so you can hear it every one hour. Is very cheap if you want to some cheap.

Very nice staff, we had no issues.

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Expedia
Cons: Better parking for hotel guest. There is a restaurant and bar that would take our parking spaces late at night.
Location: Good location close to the Stadium, Rangers Stadium, Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags,
We were staying in Arlington, Texas for a family reunion. We needed to be close to the Ranger Stadium and Hurricane Harbor so we decided to stay at this hotel. The hotel is older and dated, but the staff made up for the older hotel. We were so tired every night that the trains did not bother us. We saved a lot of money and had good service.
