The sole reason for reserving rooms at this hotel was so that we could take advantage of the on property EV chargers. The issue is that the charger were occupied by non EV cars for a portion of our visit and then when I was able to get into the spot (With excellent help from a young man at the front desk) the charger would not work. Customer service with Blink Charging brushed me off and deferred me to the front desk at the hotel. When i got to the front desk the other person on duty was not helpful in the least and proceeded to tell me that this was one of the reasons why he would not have an electric vehicle and that i was out of luck. This was not exactly what I was in the mood to hear this late at night. I do not blame the hotel for the faulty charging unit and bad customer service on the end of the charger. But the response and help I was given will make me not return to the property.

Our room was nice and we always love staying at Aloft hotels because everything is usually really nice. This was probably one of the worst ones we stayed at but it was still ok as far as our room went. However, the pool was disgusting with a lot of things floating in it including a bandaid. Then the fitness room wasn’t in the best condition either.

I was visiting Dallas for a very large robotics competition. The Aloft did a great job managing lots of teenagers and parents. Breakfast was quick and staff was always friendly. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I liked the large 'savvy suite' we booked.The location of this hotel is convenient to everything downtown and the farmers market (Sat/Sun), which we highly recommend. Justin at the front desk was exceptional! One negative: the 7th floor hallway and our room had an unpleasant smell like musty carpet and too much fake scent to cover it up. Maybe it's time for new carpet?
