Very professional, as well as accommodating, my flight & check out time was a few hour difference & I had no where to keep my luggage so I asked front desk turns out they have a system set up just for for it 10/10 will be back.

Arrived after midnight exhausted. Parking lot unsafe. People milling around the cars. Security vehicle parked in front drive, blocking entrance. Lobby reeked of Weed. Man being escorted out by security for being passed out at pool table. 1st room latched from inside. Someone was in it but would not answer. 2nd room occupied, had peoples belongings all over room. 3rd room no working toilet. Maintenance man called down- he arrived decked out in sunglasses and gold chains.... Clerk called manager who began cursing on speaker phone about situation. Clerk irate and had to be asked to calm down. Finally agreed to "walk" us to sister hotel. Was forced to call the hotel manager back myself for refund on room and parking when clerk refused to do it. SHAME on you NICOLE. You and your night clerk should be terminated. Here's a tip-learn from your sister property. The Lorenzo was AMAZING. Too bad we didn't get there till 3am. What a fiasco. Negative 10 stars on this dump.
