"It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby. When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed. She looked po'ed and did not offer me any updates, even though she was obviously on hold. When I asked for a status she simply said she is working on it. "Had a very nice stay. The room was very clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable and shower was wonderful. Loved having coffee in the room along with the refrigerator and microwave! Our room had a a grand view of the Canadian skyline but it was difficult to see through the opaque water stained windows. So disappointed! Sadly the restaurant was closed and the bar had limited openings. We had a fantastic time during our stay however, for the 2024 Eclipse. The hotel was convenient for walking...
