Front desk staff did not seem like they wanted to be there, slow, and limited people skills. Lobby looked nice, but the floors we visited had very dirty carpet in the hallways. Room seemed dingy and bathroom had a strange film over all surfaces. Not sure if the bathroom tub mat was simply there to keep from caving in. Felt unsafe. Had fun looking out the very dirty windows at the spiders making webs.

Where to start… homeless people camping outside the front door to the hotel property. Inside reception area with no AC, super hot. Front desk staff very rude and unwelcoming. Went up to the room, elevators old and making noises, arrived to housekeeper cleaning the room next door on her phone cursing and yelling. Very unprofessional. Room had chips in the ceiling, carpets dirty. Would never stay here again.

The location is very convenient. It is across the street from the park and border crossing. The staff was very nice and helpful! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! However, The hallways need to be updated. The carpeting needs to be replaced. Overall the stay was good.

View from room was parking lot of area restaurants that had an overloaded dumpster. Appeared it hadn't been emptied in weeks. On last day the dumpster was emptied around 6 AM Parking lot was small and underground parking lot was difficult to navigate One narrow lane for entry/exit

Room wasn’t available at 4 pm, was made to wait, after long wait and frequent follow ups (each time I had to, nobody preemptively told me) was given a room which was downgrade from original booked room, no bath tissues in lobby’s women’s bathroom, upon informing manager his reply was “It doesn’t surprise me” how about correcting it? And now I see I have an additional charge on my credit card that I have not been told about via phone call or email so onus is on me to follow up and ask why and additional charge!!

The room seemed nice & view was good but the windows were very dirty. Stood at window with no shoes and the carpet was wet from a leak under window which was covered by a chair. We complained & were upgraded to a suite which was smaller than the previous room. At least the window was clean but there was no great view.

So where to begin ..the furniture so nasty we were afraid walk on carpets or sit on chairs all old original, same with nasty dirty winows could barely see out of dirty uncleaned windows....the blinds were broken ....hotel smelt like cigarette smoke in hallways ..we got king size jetted room with skyline view ....first off hotell floor is old dirty carpet from 80s nasty ... thru out....barely vacumn hallways .. bed was like motel bed had sunkin holes in mattress ....the skyline view is nothing at all..to pay extra for.. same as casino side no american food around all it is is indian cusine.we shouldve stayed at seneca casino looking back 😑 the staff was just ok not knowledgeable about any american restaurants near by the hotel ... Also 20$ per night ... rip off for parking dailey,starbucks closed every time no restaurant or bar in hotel... also charge$ 30 resort fee per night .. thats a joke for motel stay... this hotel is nasty only thing good location thats it the shower and jetted tub seemed decent thats it...

The only thing that is a 5 out of five for this hotel is the location and that it is down the street from the rainbow bridge. Therefore, getting to Niagara falls and crossing into Canada is very easy without needing a car. Unfortunately, that is where it ends. The room is not as clean as it should be. There was dust all over the lamps. When requesting additional towels, we came back to the room to find them thrown onto a bed instead of neatly placed in the bathroom. They will only clean and change the sheets every 3 days. However, the cleaning was rushed and I'm not confident that it was thorough because the same dust remained on the lamps. The bathtub had a large chip on the side so the hotel is definitely outdated.

Wouldn’t say this is the nicest property, but not the worst. The bed was comfortable but the pool area could be cleaner. The elevators are not well kept (but it worked so thank you for that) and the staff could be more attentive (eye contact) when talking to guests. Sometimes a warm smile is enough.
