Overall the property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The walking distance to the falls were literally 15-20 minutes away. If that is your main focus for your visit, this is the perfect place to stay. The reason I rated my stay a 4 out of 5, is due to the lack of microwave in my room and the firmness of the mattress. I had a very good meal and had nowhere to re-heat my leftovers. The mattress was so firm that I was unable to get a goodnights sleep. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place to stay. Like stated above, overall this is a great resort and casino.

I love the cleanliness and what I did not like is having a 24 hr casino with no food to order. In Puerto rico they offer hot brrad with cheese and hot chocolate

This is a great place to stay. The room was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of parking. Bring a casino, there is plenty of on-site security, which made us feel better about parking our vehicle. Within walking distance of the falls and rainbow bridge as well.

The overall customer service is a C-. Considering the prices on everything i was expecting better customer service. I'm ok with higher prices/inflation, but I also expect higher customer service to go along with that.

My only advice is watch your bill when checking out. Added on resort fees, bottle water fees when we used none, movie charges when we didn’t watch any movies.

The hotel itself and the room were clean and neat. The room was spacious and comfortable. As for the dining, we were very disappointed. The Three Sisters cafe breakfast buffet was awful. It was something I would expect at a third rate hotel. The Blues Burger restaurant was even worse. When we placed our order we stated we were staying, only to find there wasn’t a table available. The manager closed off the outside tables and some of the inside booths at 8:10. She had zero concern for the seven of us. It was obvious the help was preparing for a fast exit at 9:00. The bottom line is I would never recommend this hotel.

Our room was beautiful and clean.Restaurants not so much, Three sisters restaurant the first night we were told they can’t take anymore guest due to short staff, tried them in morning for an awful breakfast buffet for $17 ish and seemed to be like a free buffet we would get at a holiday inn. So we decided to eat around town after a full day of rain our last night we decided to eat at Blues Burgers so we went downstairs at around 8pm we stood on a line to get our food than as we got toward the front of the line to order we got asked here or to go we said eating here as we went into the restaurant after ordering at the front we noticed a worker at 8:15 closing up all the tables and chairs as they close at 9pm . Understand it was only 8:15 and she was literally putting the chairs on tables while people are trying to eat, I felt it was so rude and to find out the woman was the manager. I get it that people want to go home but working in the restaurant business is a tuff job but it’s a casino and all these restaurants close so early it’s inconvenient for vacationers. Unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel to any family or friends.
