"The cottage was just what we wanted for a ski week. Location = private and remote on a steep dirt road, yet 20 min to Sugarbush, 30 min to Bolton, and <15 min to both Waterbury and Waitsfield centers. House = ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids - 3 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 nice baths. Cozy living area, surprisingly great light for an old farmhouse, warm and efficient gas stove, and all the kitchen supplies you'll need - plus washer and dryer. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. "I loved this place. It's a rustic cottage with all the amenities. It was near the university so it was easy to go back and forth. It was clean and cozy, tucked away in the foliage. The host and hostess were very accommodating and responsive. I hope to stay here again next year. "
