The shared hallway is a bit dated and less lovely but once you’re past that into the apartment you forget it completely. "The only Con here is the parking. You only get one spot and there is no option for street parking. Otherwise the place is very classy. Clean. Spacious. So many different cooking Essentials. There were a lot of amenities provided in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room such as plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, trash bags, detergent, etc. It had everything we need. "Our stay was great! We were right downtown within blocks of all restaurants. We felt safe in the location. The apartment was clean. There is a washer/dryer combo, but we couldn’t get it to work correctly. It may have been operator error! Also, the blow dryer was broken, so you may want to bring your own just in case. "The property is great for the price. It is the back of a house. I thought it would be a duplex type thing but it’s an add on to a home and it appears they rent both units. The backyard was very tall, over a foot for sure and that was disappointing. It has a nice fence, doggie door, the only down fall is the gate isn’t secured so I didn’t feel safe letting my dog use the doggie door because anyone could walk by and open that gate without me knowing. "This property met all of our needs and then some for a quick trip. We were in town for a medical procedure and the host worked very well with us to meet our needs. The kitchen has everything you need from a Keurig, crockpot, and all pots, pans and dishes needed to eat in. The beds were very comfy. The home is nicely decorated without being overdone.
