The restaurant has good food. I had the penne pasta and it was quite flavorful and for breakfast I had pancake with eggs and bacon. Eggs were cooked perfectly and so was my bacon. This property is under renovations at the moment. Their is sewer smell in most of the bathroom areas. Which is really unfortunate as we were there for convention. The chairs in the banquet hall need to be replaced they have no padding left in the backs and are not comfortable.

The room was dated, i was mostly disatisfied with the strong foul smell in the halway, the toilet drained slow like something was stuck in it, the sink was clogged with hair, the shower had a weak spray nozel from probably 2005, and the bathroom florecent light was flickering so bad it was giving me a headavhe. I wont be staying again. It was fine otherwise

Upon arrival, I was offered a room that had a terrible smell. It smelled like wet, dirty carpet and it was a strong smell. I asked for a different room. This room was also not clean. I always check for bed bugs in any hotel by tearing back all of the blankets and lifting the mattress. I've had to learn this lesson the hard way. The bed skirt had stains, dust bunnies and hairs from previous guests on it, the toilet didn't flush and I'd had to call maintenance to repair (which they did, quickly). The beds were also lumpy and not very comfortable. With other close by options, I won't be staying here again.

The 4th floor in the East Tower was disgusting, The smell of tobacco in the hallways was gross, my room was worse, and my asthma flared up... The staff was accommodating and got us another room in N.Tower, But it needs work, The carpets are so bad, I'd rather walk barefoot on the side walks

Came here to attend a conference. Rooms and areas are very outdated yet great service extremely welcoming and helpful staff at reception. Did not use dining room. Lunch served at conference excellent. Place surrounded by a few unfortunate homeless . Despite everything I will give it a 8/10 rating. This place served my purpose for my conference overnight stop

Terrible front desk agent they put at the front desk. She interrogated me as if I was a criminal, not a guest. No good customer service or professionals is to expect from the front desk agents. Very disappointed. I almost left the hotel. I will never stay there again.

Staff was great and around property was great. The issue was the room. The rugs were very bad, cigarette burns and very dirty. We left our shoes on. Staff said they were fully booked. The decorative sheet on both beds were badly stained.

I ended up not staying as I went into the room. It was dirty. The lines were stained The room and carpet was not appealing and the overall condition of the property was off putting. The front staff were good and gave me a refund.
