The rooms were great too—you could find everything you needed right there. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Even after we checked out, they parked our car for us and let us leave our luggage there while we explored the city. That was so convenient! Honestly, our stay was so good that words can't really do it justice. If you're ever in Graz, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You won't be disappointed!"

"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
