My wife and I had stayed there many times, and I have so many nice memories. She recently died and our two sons and I were visiting Chicago. It was sweet to recall the familiar hotel with its great lobby and wonderful location. Just as good as always. Actually with improved rooms.
This is the second Club Quarters hotel that I have stayed at recently, and is exactly what I wanted and needed: a simple, quiet, clean hotel with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The room was compact, but not uncomfortably so. Just what is needed when I'm traveling for work.
Convenient location. The staff were all very attentive and positive. Checking in and out was flawless and they want out of their way to explain the amenities to us. We were only there for one night, so we didn't get a chance to really explore the facility, other than our room. The room was good size, ...
The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which was a plus. The location was close to shops and restaurants and also a short walk to attractions. Our bathroom light was out but they came to fix it while we went out for a couple hrs. Other than that, nothing went wrong .
Needed a one night stay for grand daughters college tour at Roosevelt. Hilton exceeded our expectations. Close to Roosevelt Room was great and staff very friendly. Plan on returning.
The hotel was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the free breakfast, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I think they could improve on is stronger a/c units for the rooms. But besides that I'd stay here again!
I was so pleasantly surprised to see how close this hotel is to the many wonderful offerings of downtown Chicago, particularly Millennia Park. I walked to Lake Shore Drive, the park, great restaurants and parts of town, plus this hotel was located close to the event I attended. I was thrilled when ...
Overall great experience at the Warwick Hotel. Kept very clean, staff was friendly and I felt safe every night. Only complaint is two things: the elevators are completely sketchy and very very slow to come. We took the stairs however we could see this being an issue for someone incapable of doing ...
We had five people in one of the Suites and it felt plenty spacious. It was a bonus to have free cocktail hour and snacks in the evening as well as free buffet breakfast in the morning. Really added value to the overall experience. We'll be back!
We were in town for my husband to attend a conference. We were excited about the history of the hotel and the pictures were beautiful. Everyone was very helpful with the luggage etc. checking in. The hotel is in a fantastic area which we enjoyed tremendously. What we did not care for was bugs, hair ...
We stayed two nights to visit with a relative who lives in an apartment nearby. Hotel was extremely convenient to everything we cared about: the river, Navy Pier, the Loop. We had a corner room, so probably larger than most, but it was really was spacious and the bed comfortable. Fixtures and equipment ...
