"My wife and I stayed here while we were in town to see Hamilton, and the entire experience was awesome. From check-in to checkout, everything went so smoothly. The hotel is right in the middle of the downtown area, so we just walked a few blocks to the theatre, and ate dinner at one for the fifty restaurants between here and there. The pub that’s attached to the hotel, is also a nice little spot for food and/or drinks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again"

"We came to Chicago for one night (from Virginia) to walk a 5k at Maggie Daley Park for Glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer my brother has. We took the Blue Line from O’Hare and walked a few blocks to the Fairmont Hotel. The Fairmont is in a perfect location to so many bars and restaurants and shopping, and transportation. Our room is nice and comfortable. Service is great. We loved having a drink at the bar listening to music from a guitarist singing. It is too bad we are only staying one night but because of the great service, and nice hotel, we will be back."
