The hotel is very close the Shinjuku Station, which have access to both train and subway, walking distance is about 10 min. There are lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable, compared to the other hotel we stayed in Tokyo. We highly recommend it.
Pros: - close to Shinjuku Station (easy to get a train or bus to almost anywhere) - yet it's on a quiet street - close to food, convenience stores, shopping and nightlife - friendly staff that speaks English - room is smaller than typical US hotel but not crowded - 3 different kinds of pillows in ...
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice views from the top floors! It is awesome that there is a convenience store in the basement and a complimentary shuttle to the Shinjuku station! Top notch, would highly recommend this hotel!
Plans changed during my trip and I was supposed without a place to stay on my last night in Japan. I found this APA hotel online, booked it, and had an enjoyable time there.
The room is so small its impossible to move around like literally. Its just a olace to literally fall asleep but you wont feel relaxed at all.
The hotel and Expedia made a mistake on my reservations and the hotel did not do anything about it. The staff including the manager was rude and not accommodating in any way. The gave me a room with a queen bed that both me and my spouse could not fit on it. The staff hardly spoke a word of ...
located in great location. Room was big compared to other hotel, staff was very kind
great hotel, great staff near subway station higashi shinjuku that provided elevator access for baby stroller
Clean and nice hospitality, shuttle to the town very helpful
Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, great location, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tokyo and have good access to the subway/ train station. It's also located next to a park with a shinto shrine.
Excellent Location, Few blocks from Train Station, Same for shopping and dinning area ( where is not dinning area in Tokyo ? ) but a couple of steps from noise in streets , Super friendly people at front desk, very good breakfast at a decent price , Very happy with my choice of hotel !!!
Great location to the Yotsuya commuter station. The area neighborhood is quiet and that was good for us because some of the other areas of Tokyo are heavely populated. We were able to navigate the commuter trains really well from the Yotsuya station because it was smaller and easier to travel out ...
The hotel was excellent, the staff in the front desk speaks English. The view from my room was awesome. Outside everything was near by loved it.
Good location and close to the train station. Within 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby that open late
The Park Hyatt Tokyo and particularly Mr. Muramatsu went overboard to ensure we had an unparalleled experience. We stayed at the Park Hyatt Tokyo earlier in the week and then returned to the hotel after a visit to Kyoto. It was my wife's birthday, only revealed to the staff when I made reservations ...
Great value for a comforting and clean stay at Shinjuku. Staff was very friendly, and location was close to many shops and eateries. Highly recommend to others looking for something clean, comforting, convenient, and well-priced.
Staff not friendly or helpful at all. We checked out 4 minutes late and they yelled at us to hurry up. Ridiculous. Was not made to feel welcome at all.
This hotel is a business hotel but accommodated us tourists just fine with English speaking staff that went out of their way to help us! The friendly limousine airport shuttle service from Narita drops you off right in front of the hotel too! The room was super clean and very comfortable. This hotel ...
The room was dusty and an empty bottle was thrown on the floor, which means that the room was not cleaned well. The room was so hot and stuffy. The ac control didn’t seem to work. Finally we found that we could open the window though. The hair dyer didn’t work well at all, and the bath tub drain ...
