"I've stayed here often because it is low cost and location is good for some business I need to do. Staff was helpful. Room was clean, big enough, adequately furnished,xand not too noisy. They only have grab and go breakfast since covid. I used to like their hot breakfast. Truck noises/odors always idling from truck stop next door. Fast food within walking distance. Swimming pool and hot pool available. I will likely stay here again."

"The room was very dated, but clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows and mattresses and were great. The sheets were soft and clean, but the blankets were thin and need updating. The TV's were larger flatscreens with full cable channels. There is not a fan in the bathroom so the invite way to vent the steam from a shower is by opening the window that is IN THE SHOWER ITSELF. Still a clean, comfortable hotel that I'd definitely stay in again. "

"An old motel that’s dated and has a lot of longer term tenants. The price was reasonable for a clean comfortable bed to sleep in. Plenty of clean hot water in the fairly small shower as well. Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Birch Bay so everything you want is within walking distance. Beach Cat Brewery and The Beach bar are right beside the hotel for great eats, beverages and live music. The beach is literally across the street. Our one bedroom suite was large and had a full, well equipped kitchen with partial ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Great views from the picture windows and porch of our waterfront cabin. The included bundle of firewood was a plus. The only negative was not being able to use the hot tub right upon opening time at 9:30 am which cut enjoyment of that feature down a lot. My boyfriend is a huge hot tub lover and we had to hurry to check out by 11:00am. The beds, linens and pillows were all really nice! Overall the property is just what it reports and I would likely book here again. "
