Clean room, great views. I was given an extra hour to check out, but they apparently didn’t tell the staff in the morning as promised. Checkout staff was rude about checkout time and I had to cite the name of the assistant manager to get her to back off. Normally everyone is very courteous—I stayed at these two properties 6 weeks this year— but I had a number of really bad service issues during my plus 2 weeks this time. Used to feel like my home away from home. Still the nicest location in Birch Bay.

The room is older in its aesthetic, but it’s roomy enough, the bedding and pillows are so comfortable. The view from our room wasn’t great (parking lot) and we were right above the trash area, so when we had our window open, we could hear the people tossing trash (sometimes very loudly) but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff made up for that, so kind, attentive, and awesome. Would recommend!

Beautiful location right across from the beach. Amazing sunsets. We got a great deal on a penthouse suite! You do have to pay for wifi if you are not a member. Limited dining options but full kitchenette so bring your cooler of food to make. Pool+Hottub+Fitness center also.
