"The place was exactly as described. The area was decent with no issues. With that being said, there was a swarm of wood bees that should probably be removed from that area. They don’t bother us, however, if you aren’t familiar with them, you would have been freaked out. The only other thing I think that needs to be added is direction on what to do with the towels and bed linens that we used. Also, directions for the TV. We would stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone...

"What a great property! It is so cute and quaint! You would always catch something new when you walked down the hallway! It has everything you need and I loved the fact it had a washer and dryer. The owner was super easy to get in contact with when we had a question. Super convenient for access to the volleyball tournament we attended at the Expo center. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was very nice! I loved the kitchen aside from the extra wasp i had as a roommate (I named it bob). I brought my boy friend over for a few hours every day since he’s the whole reason I stayed here. The only big issue I had was the giant splinter I got stuck in my foot from the floor. This is why our parents told us not to drag our feet as a kid!! But in all honesty, the floors do need help. Another thing is that whoever manages the texting thing on vrbo for this place is not good with replying...

"We enjoyed the property very much. It was different, unique, cozy, and suited our needs just fine. We did have quite bit of luggage with us as this was the first of 3 stops on our journey. Carrying it up the narrow steps wasn't totally fun but we managed. We loved the Ms. Pac Man game. Thanks for the lovely accommodations. We will be back to Louisville and would stay here again."

"I chose this property for location, the overall look, and the cost was within my budget. It is an adorable flat on the 3rd story on the most historical street in Louisville. The park at the end of the street is beautiful and hosts events such as the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival and music which provided easy and free evening entertainment on the weekends. "I went to Louisville for a conference and needed a place to crash at night. This apartment was close to the convention center with great parking. Easy access in and communication with owner was excellent. Everything was clean and working. It was the perfect place for me. Definitely a must stay for a couple of single person."

"Location was close to many good restaurants and local attractions. We went for Christmas time and the cave lights were absolutely spectacular. The rental was clean and quiet and the neighbors were really nice. The place was a lot larger than we had anticipated. When I had a question our host promptly responded."

"Overall, this property was close to what I expected based on the price; however, the doorknob broke off to the bathroom on our second night of the stay and my roommate was stuck in the bathroom for a few minutes until I was able to get the door open. Location was fairly convenient, but it was not located in the safest area, and the beds were both pretty creaky from the metal frames. However, if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay with two people for a short period, it is a good deal."
