"It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. The shower and outhouse were close enough that it wasn’t far during the night to go. The tent had cots (we used our blow up mattresses) they seemed comfy when we laid on them. The tent was a good...

"House is in a nice location. The pictures were photoshopped on the listing to make the wood appear to be a more modern wood tone than it actually is. Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed upon arrival. The bath towels provided by the house were bleach stained. No AC in bedrooms. Plant overgrowth on back deck.
