"Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent."

"I had to book last minute due to an issue with a prior reservation, so let me start by sayin Chris was nothing short of amazing and most helpful! He ensured I would have a simple check in. My ONLY issue was that we took the steps to have a mobile key because i got off work late. When i arrived at 4am there was no one to be found and the app stated I needed to present ID for my key. I had to do quite some yelling and waiting and i was tired. However, I appreciate the effort was there to help me avoid that conflict. The spa tub was a relief after a long night and definitely made up for it. "
