The place smelled clean, which was nice, but they need to update furnishings and carpet. The bed was comfortable. The television had the old style "so slooooow" cable. Takes like 10 seconds to change a channel and nowhere to tell you what channel is what so you can use the clicker to go right to ESPN or whatever. "
