"The duplex is a great, roomy place to stay while visiting Tyler. The curbside appeal is lacking, but that is not what I rented it for. It was very roomy and clean. Each adult had their own room and we had a living room big enough for all three. The duplex could have easily accomodated 6 adults with five of them getting their own bed while sharing a room. "Very clean and updated property. Has all the amenities, ie. Kuerig, toaster, microwave, dishes, etc. Main bed was comfortable - would have been nicer if it was larger than a double size. The bathroom was very spacious with a garden tub (we didn't use it) and a large walk-in shower with four shower heads to provide plenty of water. The recent update must have caused some light switch snafus because some of the switches in one room turned on lights in another (closet) and the dimmer switches took...

"We have stayed in VRBO’s for over 15 years and this was a winner. It was located in a beautiful, peaceful area and easily accommodated 11 children and Adults. They supplied everything you would need to cook and host a small family reunion. We hated to leave. Best of all the check out was the least complicated of any we’ve stayed at. On top of that our grandkids ages 10 to 16 NEVER SAID THE WORDS I’M BOARD! That says it all."
