"Amazing! There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Carriage House B&B. You get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodations, and top notch food. Seriously, it is the best! BW welcomed us, showed us to our room, gave a tour of the grounds, ensured that no one had food allergies. He showed us where to find the complimentary water, wine, and coffee, and explained that there would be a fire pit with Smores later that evening. The grounds are beautifully manicured, and Jefferson itself is full of history and places to explore. Treat yourself to a stay!"

"This was our 3rd time to visit Second Wind. Frank and Linda are the sweetest people and make you feel like family. If you want to relax, this is your best bet. The view is the best, anytime of day. If you're ready to get away from it all, slow down and enjoy nature, you won't be disappointed. You never know what kind of goodies Linda is going to bake, but whatever it is, it's delicious!"

"This home was one of the best equipped we have ever stayed at. They have it all far exceeding expectations. The communication is fast, easy. Allot of thought has to went into all the little things. If your going to the Pines this is your place. We were in town for bass tournament. The neighbor had an extension cord ready for us and urged us to use it for which we did. A very kind helpful man."

"The receptionists was really rude and short towards me when I came in to check in. I had checked in at 2am and the doors were locked and she seemed to be upset that I appeared at the door to check in. Upon walking in, she went around the desk and just stood there looking at me. I told her that I had reservation and gave my name, she immediately said "no, you dont." Without looking on the computer. I gave her my id and pulled up my reservation on Hotels.com and showed her my confirmation on the app. She looked at the computer and said again "nope, nothing here with your name." I asked her to give me a second so I can Hotels.com customer service and find out what's going on because We paid it in full. She immediately said oh there you are. Not sure if its a scam but beware. Also took forever for the tv to come on and when it did horrible blurry pictures and can barely hear it or see it. Worthless tvs. Other than that room was an excellent size for 2 boys as tall as 6'3 and my husband and I. Beds were very comfortable and the doors were perfectly section off outside so you dont have to walk a long hallway to get to your room. Great area as well. The receptionists as well as the tv are the only 2 negative experience I had with this place. "
