"PSU graduation weekend. This was a great base Of operations. The house and surrounding area is super cute and fairly convenient to State College. The house slept our group of 5 fine and the poker table was a big hit for game night fun. The owner brought by a corkscrew at a moments notice when we texted her that it wasn’t anywhere to be found. They live nearby. I wish the weather had been better."

"This cottage was absolutely charming. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay and art retreat at a nearby farm. . The grounds were beautifully groomed and the cows even walkover to greet us. The owners nearby were very hospitable and friendly. "

"Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day."

"Was truly idyllic experience staying here. The owners really had many special touches that made the stay a perfect VRBO (hotel like furnishings, GOOD toilet paper stocked, great dishes, cooking utensils, everything was very well done and everything worked perfectly). We had a small family gathering and people raved at how close it was to Penn State. thank you for a perfect stay!"

"Really nice property. With 6 of us in the house it would have been great to have a second shower, but we made it work. Also with 6 people it would be great to have a dishwasher. "

"This cottage was great for my large family (4 adults & 6 children). We loved that it was so close to a cove. If we were not down at the water we were out on the covered deck playing games or relaxing outside. This place is wonderful!! We will definitely be returning!"

"Nice place , spottless , nice yard , We went there to boat at the lake , close to the ramp . Door check in code was old . A quick text from the owner and we were in . Apparently VRBO didn't up date the check in procedure . It was not the owner's fault . I would stay again"

"Cottage is a lovingly restored period piece in a stunning woodland setting. Loved it!"

"We did really enjoy our stay! We were surprised by three things: 1) Pleasant surprise that some of the things noted as not being available, actually were such as coffee filters and chairs around the fire pit. Unfortunately, it was too rainy and wet to use them. 2) We didn’t realize just how close this was to the locations that we planned to go to. It’s a perfect location! 3) We’ve never before actually been charged for the security deposit. Usually, there’s just a hold put on your account....

"It was very clean, lots of room and new. The pool table and spa tub was a home run for us. It was nice and quiet too, very relaxing."

"Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. "

"The property was well kept and clean. Management was very helpful. Unfortunately the cabin was smaller than we anticipated. Temperatures of 90 made it very hot inside. Larger cabins are available but not at that time."

"We were coming from NC and were meeting family here to stay with to attend my aunt Funeral . Cabin is very cozy , very clean and well kept . We really did not stay in the cabin long . I wish we could have been able to stay there for a more getaway trip . It would be a perfect cabin to stay . The fire pit was nice. We brought some wood to use one night we were there . Cabin is very well insulated so it stayed nice and warm inside ."
