"We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we never had an issue finding chairs at the pool, loved snorkeling in the cove, and enjoyed seeing the sea turtles every morning while drinking our coffee. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the food wasn’t as tasty as we hoped it’d be however, having the shuttle service came in handy so we could try other restaurants nearby. "

"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo. "I was perfectly fine with the hotel until I saw what my money could have gotten me at the Waikoloa Beach Mariott. When you compare the two…hands down I would have much rather stayed in Waikoloa. "The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Donna was there every day we were and it was a pleasure to see her. The free breakfast was great tasting with lots of variety - both hot items, continental, cold items and a variety of beverages were provided. The room was clean and updated.
