"We were met on arrival by Graham who showed us around. The apartment was very clean & tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Beds were extremely comfortable. Smart TV, which after two lessons with Graham we (technophobes) managed to view. The roof terrace was amazing with sunloungers, gas bbq, dining table & chairs & a hot tub. "Our stay in Torrevieja was a huge disappointment. The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). "We love this place 2nd time back. Ideally situated easy free parking. Super super clean and a gorgeous smell. Staff all very friendly. Little apartment has kitchen with fridge, washing machine and TV. Balcony that looks out into garden and pool. Just perfect for a few days travelling through but definitely great for longer stays too. Great buffet breakfast at 5€. Relaxing breakfast comedor with hospitable staff. "Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified.
