"The perfect place to unwind and relax. Phil’s place is right at the end of the road with amazing views of the water and sunsets. Can’t beat cooking on the grill and having a meal on the porch while the sun is setting out over the horizon. Access to the private beach is also a really nice perk especially with it being dog friendly. Phil is a great host and stopped by to say hello to ensure we had everything we needed. Everything here is exactly as advertised and we would definitely come again."

"A Summer Oasis it is indeed! A group of 6 of us stayed for 2 nights in this lovely house on Tunipus Pond. We could not have chosen a better place! What a view! The side deck is designed for sitting out on and watching the swans on the pond the seabirds overhead. Plenty of outdoor furniture. We sat out there in the morning, afternoon and evening. And the sunrise through trees is stunning! An easy walk through the preserve to South Shore Beach-a lovely morning and evening walk. The house had more than enough beds for us and all were so very comfy. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed. We cooked in for both of our nights. The owner was easy to reach and responded right away. The area has so much to explore, and with the house so perfect in every way, we will just have to return! We can't wait! Thank you!"

"We stayed for a week at Lori's cottage, which sits bordering a bird sanctuary. The cottage is exactly as described, and Lori, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She provided suggestions for the local area, greeted us with cut flowers, and was very responsive to any questions. She was the perfect host. The house is a cozy 2-bedroom cottage with comfy beds and lovely linens. Light and airy bedrooms made for a good night's sleep, and waking up to the birds singing was a treat. It has a small bathroom with a good shower and a well-equipped kitchen. We cooked most nights, and the very modern stove made it an easy task. Everything was provided, just like in a home kitchen. The outdoor shower is a must-try! The property is only a short 10-minute drive from the downtown area, and it was so nice being in the country. The silence and the clean air were rejuvenating. We did lots of sightseeing around the area during the day, but our favorite moments were having coffee on the porch for the dawn chorus in the morning and coming home at the end of the day to enjoy the property at sunset with evening drinks and nibbles on the porch. It was hard to drive away at the end of our stay! I can highly recommend the cottage. It was such a great place to wind down and slow life for a minute. Lori was a superb host, and we can't wait to come back again."

"We booked a 2 night stay following Memorial Day weekend. We found our room to be exactly as described in the online booking description. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The views of the ocean were gorgeous! We used both the indoor and the rooftop outdoor hot tubs which were well maintained and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you for a relaxing, beautiful getaway. We will definitely be back!"
