“The staff was nice but the room was just Ok. There were not enough towels and face clothes for my party and when I asked the front desk they didn’t have any either. There was no in room telephone (at least not one that I found). The window shades were in need of repair and the there were no linens or blankets in the room for the sofa beds,etc.”

“Ideal location for beach goers, we were able to walk to and from the beach without any issues. It’s close enough to south beach to enjoy the scene but far away enough that you get to unwind and chill out. The staff were attentive and would check in via message throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were met.”

“Overall, the hotel was well maintained, but there were a couple of maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom fan was not working, and the safe had a low battery warning. We reported both issues on the first day, but they were not fixed during our stay. I also wanted to mention the breakfast. We booked a hotel package that included continental breakfast. It included cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and ham. Hot items, such as eggs, sausages, pancakes, or waffles, were available for an……

“My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience. Food service at the beach was quite slow and I ended up getting food poising later that night. They did an investigation into what the cause could be and provided me some spring……
