“The hotel itself was nice, I read a ton of reviews about how bad it smelled but that wasn’t an issue for us. The room was clean, the bathroom was cute and the toiletries were stocked, the sink wasn’t a major problem considering how small it is. The staff was friendly. My biggest issue was the parking, we had to walk half a mile to find cheap parking, lots nearby were $20-$40/day. But if you’re staying here to be close to the beach, it’s not a bad choice. Will consider staying here again if it’s……

“Room was nice and spacious. AC was really good. Staff were very responsive and on point with anything I needed. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Prefect. ”

“Pros: Great location in Miami Beach, popular onsite bar/restaurant, very nice pool, clean comfortable rooms, elevator, eclectic vibe. Cons: Onsite bar is overpriced (plus the bartender actually asked me what ingredients go into the $22 gin martini I ordered), no free coffee available in the mornings (but there is a Starbucks two or three blocks south), no hand towels in the room.”

“My check in experience showed they were not ready for my arrival. I had sent an employee of the hotel a credit card authorization form for my incidental charges and the front desk didn’t have it at check in. So I showed them the emails, they emailed it to themselves and then it was all set. Then I went to the bar to get a beverage to go. As I was leaving, the bartender was calling my name in the hallway in front of other guests saying I needed to go to the front desk which made me feel like a……

“Overall, the stay was okay and suitable for a family. The room and location were fine, but parking was a big issue. The valet parking had a very long wait time whenever we needed the car. Check-in and check-out also took longer than expected, and customer service could be much better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but parking and service need improvement.”

“I appreciated how quick and easy the check‑in process was. The reception staff was friendly and professional. The apartment was clean and comfortable, though it could use some upkeep in areas like the chipped flooring and worn table, small details that would make the space feel even nicer. The ocean view definitely made up for it. The A/C worked well, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage along with useful amenities like a clothing iron and hair dryer. My only real feedback……
