(1) bathroom was dirty (2) there were ants in the room (3) front desk staff weren’t knowledgeable nor helpful (4) charges on final bill that were not told to me when I was checking in. I just happened to realized the charge because I asked for a full summary. (5) hotel in general was old, musty and not at all as photos.

Do not stay at this hotel. Worst experience of my life. Waited over a half hour for our valet, phone in room does not work, staff doesn’t answer phone when you call. Dirty bathrooms, poor view of parking lot from our room. Resort and valet fees added on at checkout. Double charged us at the bar. Awful experience. Do NOT recommend
