"Will be staying again"

"We found this Ruston cottage to be clean, inviting and stocked with everything a person (or their dog) could need, again! This was our 2nd time renting this cute little house and last time was our very 1st vacation rental by owner, of any sort. "We stayed at this cozy beach house while waiting for our new house to close. Our kids (3 & 7) loved the little playset and the beach and spent most of the week outside. It was great! Communication with the host when a concern popped up was excellent and they promptly responded and handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. If you want to relax and get away for a bit, this is the spot for you!"

"We loved the water view on a quiet bay. Quiet except for the lovely sounds of birds. We had some problems because I didn’t notice there is ladder-like steps to the second bedroom in a loft, not accessible to 3 older women with hip and knee osteoarthritis. I called one of the owners who rushed over with a comfortable solution to put in the living room."

"Two weeks at this nice property. Even with the rain we had it was snug. Enough beautiful days to feel how lovely this area is. Close enough to Key Center for groceries, hreat Mexican restaurant in Home, nice beach state park at Joemma park. Very nice stay."

"Small, but clean in a good neighborhood. Pet friendly, with a yard for running around. Property is a tri plex with 3 cottages sharing one yard. We did accidently park in the wrong spot on the first day and the long term tenant next door pounded on our door at 1am to get us to move. Other than that it was a great stay."
