Good family resort and value.

The hotel staff caters to the members that have bought into their timeshare. The distinctions are odvious and too much.

Pretty good all inclusive deal

Posted Mar 1, 2015
This was my first all inclusive trip and I would definitely reccomend this place to others. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pool area is spacious and the swim up bar is great. Pool chairs get taken fast so go early to grab them. Rooms are nice and big and mini bar is stocked daily. The food is pretty good and there is a large variety of choices. Panchos the Mexican restaurant is yummy! The shuttle is great for going into town and paying less then the cabs. Wifi worked great and it's free on Weds. Daniela is great for booking things and answering questions!

Disappointment

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay! The hotel rooms were old and grungy. All of us travelling together requested King beds and we all received two uncomfortable double beds. The food was also terrible resulting in us spending much more money to eat good food off the resort! The whole point of an all inclusive is to eat what you want when you want but the quality of food was very poor! Was also located in San jose (approx 20 min can ride from San Lucas). Being it was my first time to cabo, next time I would definitely stay in cabo San Lucas instead as there is much more to do there!

Dissatisfied

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Pool
Cons: Sound insulation between the walls and free wifi
This resort has terrible food and boasts five restaurants when two of those are nothing more than snack shacks and not all of them are open every day. The walls are so thin that we might as well have been sleeping in the same room with our neighbors as we could hear them snoring and we could hear every word spoken . Wifi is not free and very expensive. The only positives were the free drinks and the pool temperature was nice and warm.

Relaxing resort right on the beach!

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: The thing I was most impressed with was the staff. Everyone was so personable, kind, professional made you feel pampered.
Cons: MUCH softer beds. My bed was pretty hard and after a long day of sight-seeing, I would like a comfortable bed. And softer toilet paper!
Location: Marina/shops/downtown at both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. Whale-watching tour, glass bottom boat tours, snorkeling, walking the beach.
The Royal Solaris was hard-hit by a hurricane less than six months ago, but it was amazing how much the resort had recovered. This was my first stay here - the rooms were clean (although the beds were not very soft.) I loved that the pool and beach were busy during the day, but the nights were quiet and relaxing as we did a lot of sightseeing during the day, so I was really looking forward to an early night sleeping. The buffets were pretty good - lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, but I would have like to have seen more of a variety each day as it was the same foods each day, but the selection wasn't lacking. I also liked the Snack Shack and pizza hut where you could just grab-and-go, too. The thing I was most impressed with was the staff. Everyone was so personable, kind, professional and truly made you feel like they were there to cater to your every need.

Great all inclusive on the beach!

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Location and amenities
Cons: Quit the pressure for time share sales!
Location: Walk the beach, walk to the local market and the Square.
Enjoyed our 3 night stay, very comfortable, very clean, although 90 minute presentation ended up 120 minutes!

Fun for the entire family

Posted Feb 22, 2015
I spent 5 days with my family including 4 children ranging from 3-12 years old. Everyone had a great time. The kids pool and kids club were nice. I would go back here again.

Nice Hotel, Great Staff and Close to the Beach

Posted Feb 19, 2015
We came with two girls, 9 and 10, and they were ecstatic with the staff, the kids club and the number of other kids they could play with. The kids club allowed my wife and I to go running and we could periodically check on them and take them out as they wished. The only slight issue we had was the food at the Italian restaurant, at least for my wife, was served cold. Otherwise, this was a great hotel, with great shows and a great value for the money!

They move people from room to room frequently

Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: nice beach, friendly stuff
Cons: they need to watch for people holding lounge chairs by placing a towel on it. Just signs are not enough
Food was not satisfied. A lot of activities for "members only" like we didn't pay them good enough. Worst at all noise coming from the conditioner even when it was turned off.
