Great time. Good central location, really close to town. You can walk there, accessible also to catch a bus down to Los Cabos.

Great family vacation spotPosted Mar 6, 2014
Cons: I can't really think of anything.
This was my first all- inclusive vacation and I was blown away by the abundance and variety of food and drinks, hospitality and hard work of Royal Solaris’ staff, and cleanliness and condition of the property. To start with the food, they have a breakfast buffet from 6 AM – 11:30 AM and there is something for everyone. There are two snack bars in the pool area open from 11:30 – 5:30 with a variety of foods, drinks, and desserts. For dinner, they have a different buffet (e.g. Italian, Mexican, Oriental, etc.) almost every night that is followed by a dance show. They also have two beautiful restaurants with a different menu almost every night. My kids are very picky eaters, but I’ve never seen them eat as much as they did at Royal Solaris. The hotel is beautiful, and it sits on a gorgeous long beach. The staff is friendly and hard working. They treat guests as royalty. My five year old son loved spending time at the kids’ club and water park. We had a great vacation, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Beach Great for Walking Food not greatPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Beach and ocean great for walking.
Cons: Food needs to be improved - Breakfast the best meal at resort
Location: great location close to walk to town and shop and eat
We loved the Beach because you could walk each way for a long time Walking into town was only 20 minutes and was great to go, we went to the View Restaurant by the Church each time to have a drink. The food at our hotel was not great not much flavour the best was Breakfast the Omelette girl was great. The buffet dinners were not great and feel that the hotel does not have enough staff. The best person at the resort was Armondo he was pleasant and always helpful. We noticed that this All Inclusive resort had different tiers for members and non members as they recd different menu in restaurants and one restaurant was only for members. All the entertainment celebrations at the resort you had to pay for each event normally 55.00 US per person and If you were a member that would be included.

WONDERFUL! !!!!!!!!!Posted Feb 28, 2014
The worst part was at the airport with the 'Time Share People' besides that EVERYTHING was great. The staff was so helpful and kind. The food was great and so were the night shows. The beach was a beautiful place to be and relax. The venders were not a problem as they were respectful. Maricela the housekeeper made my stay so pleasant with her animal designs and Lucy at the breakfast stand, what a delightful person. Everyone made my stay wonderful. And what's more amazing is that my husband felt the same way.:-) Thank you Royal Solaris.

Members onlyPosted Feb 25, 2014
The hotel was nice the staff was great... But I felt like a second class citizen there. The hotel had dinners and activities that were for members only that just made us feel left out. There were no shuttles available to the airport unless you were a member so we had to take a taxi. I might actually be a fun place if you were a member.

hotel reviewPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The hotel was clean
The resort was very nice but if you are not a timeshare member they treat you differently. For example, timeshare guests wear gold bands around their wrists but regular guests wear blue bands. Timeshare guests get thick gold towels for the pool and regular people get thin green towels. There's even separate dining facilities for timeshare guests and special dinners for them too. I would not go back to this resort because I felt I was living in a cast system.

Friendly staff and very clean resort.Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff and right on the beach.
Cons: The food!!!
Location: My son and daughter-in-law went into Cabos San Lucas for a boat tour. We did a bit of shopping at the Mega Mall and also went to WalMart.
Had a wonderful time at the Royal Solaris. Beautiful resort, beautiful beach and beautiful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Don't recommend though if you don't have children with you. Also, if you like to swim in the ocean lots, Los Cabos isn't for you. Food was just okay.
