The initial room I was in was not thoroughly cleaned and I had to request a new room. The staff did make adjustments for me pretty quickly. The front part of the hotel leaves much to be desired but the view out of the back is epic.

Need a lot of work done, the rooms need fixing the sliding doors to the balcony couldn’t move without being lifted lighting out dirty furniture they need to change all. This place definitely need a upgrade.

The hotel is look nice but tue roon was smelling. The restaurant was so hot no AC.. the service is not nice.. probably the service on the poor was so rush.. i was order the food for my kid on the swimming pool wait for 2hrs.. the some adults was smoking on the poor too.. the smell soo bad.. so disappointed

I’ll start off with the note that there was a tropical storm for 2 days of our 7 day stay which I have taken into context. During our stay we only had our beverages replaced once. We have had to take out our own garbages, get our own new towels, and toilet paper. We have on multiple occasions waited for over an hour for food at the snack bars to then be told they ran out of product…like chicken wings. We were in our room for basically two days due to the storm which is understandable but we could get anyone to even get us a few bottles of water. I completely understand the impact of the storm but the response from the hotel was completely underwhelming. We had a note in our door stating that services might be interrupted which I appreciate but they would have let us know they would have completely stoped I wouldn’t have went to the store and gathered up some supplies for my wife and I to at least have a little comfort while we waited out the storm. If the storm would have escalated I am legitimately concerned that the hotel would not have been able to provide a safe environment for their guests. There were a few shinning star employees who were very genuine and I do very much appreciate their service. The property is in decent shape and in a good locations which is the only reason we didn’t check out early. This is one of the cheaper resorts in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

I paid way too much for the room that I was promised and saw in the app, the amenities were bad I had them change me rooms 3 different times , the staff had horrible service and attitudes

Awful experience, the day we got there all restaurants and bars where closed under the excuse of bad weather the day before. Which could have been understandable, however the service was poor, most of employees were rude and careless. Even tho we paid for an all inclusive plan all whe had to eat in one day was 1 hamburger and a tiny cup.of ceviche Per person. The room which wason the Altitude tower meaning best accommodation in the hotel, had dirty tables and floors, A/C didn't worked. So I called front desk to ask omeone to come fix it. Their answer was they were too busy and didn't had no one available. I spoke with the manager, and she gave me the same answer, no one was available to come check our room. 3 days passed by and no one showed up. Food it's OK however service it the worst you can get. Stay away from this place. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business and trat you with respect.
