I will break down this review into 5 categories. Service, Food & Drinks, Location, Amenities, Rooms.
Service: The staff was incredible from day one to when we left. Super friendly, happy, always going the extra mile.
Food & Drinks: Food was much better than I expected since this was my first time at an all inclusive. I though it would be mediocre but it was pretty amazing. I was surprised. Drinks on the other hand, I recommend sticking with beer or wine and purchasing the wine that’s not part of the all inclusive. The mixed drinks weren’t that great.
Location: I really liked it. It’s right in downtown cabo, near the marina which gives you the opportunity to explore and not be stuck to the resort. We even went out in some bars in cabo which was really fun. Great location.
Amenities: The resort has 3 pools, 5 restaurants, a SPA. It’s great. Lots of options to keep yourself entertained. I will say, might not be the best place for a family with young children, at least the week I was there. It was an older crowd, 50 Couples with no children and really into drinking and partying - nothing wrong with that - but that’s just my take, I wouldn’t go there with a young child.
Room: The rooms are very simple, clean, but simple, at least the rooms we got. Not very upgraded. The shower was pretty tiny with one of those old school bathtubs and the shower head pretty low - I’m 6’1”. It’s very spacious and to me it was great because I didn’t want to spend time in the room.
