"Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted."

"Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future"

Everything we needed was there - air conditioning, TV, hot water, refrigerator & freezer, etc. There were also books available for us to read. Felicia, the owner was also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. We're definitely going back for another stay!"

"Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. "The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and always friendly and available. Area outside of complex was quite run down and the road leading to complex is a tough climb!! Overall very satisfied with the stay!"

"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts."

"I had the pleasure of staying here for the last 5 nights and it was amazing. The home is just as pictured. Check in and out was seamless. I felt safe and had plenty to do. Communication was amazing, Judith or Melissa responded in minutes for any help. I want to thank them both for the gracious hospitality. We had an amazing time. Felt so comfortable I wanted to stay longer but we will be returning again. And we will definitely book with you again."

Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. The shower area was meh! But the host was very helpful and communicative. He came to pick us up from the airport and helped our luggage up to our room. "Very modern with a great view from the balcony. Very clean with a comfortable bed. Only negatives is the broken shower head needs to be replaced and not being able to wash clothes. Other than that I would consider this location again."

"The condo was not so clean as the floors were very dirty. Housekeeper said it was due to early checkin. However I stayed in an adjacent condo for two months and this one was not occupied for several days prior to my checkin because I could see the unit from the stairwell. Everything else was up to standards."

"My girlfriend is from Jamaica and so we travel quite often. Some accommodations we have booked in the past were not of the standard we would expect. This place did and will probably go back there next time."
