"This is the second time this year we have stayed at the cettia beach ,we love the hotel right on the beach ,the staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you ,the food is good something for everyone the sweets to die for and the drinks are good for al inclusive.The bar and restaurant staff are the best nothing to much trouble. And we will definitely will be going back next year."

"This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. "Really nice hotel, lovely sea views and a very good and wide selection of all-inclusive food choices. The deserts are especially good! Staff were nice and professional, hotel was clean and wi-fi was mostly good (although the power cut out a few times just for a few minutes each time, resulting in a disconnect).
