"This is a sweet little cottage like property that was very clean and well maintained. Decorated like a home and comfortable. I wouldn’t have placed this cute little home where it is, but that’s neither here nor there. I never felt I was unsafe at any point, especially being alone. I was pleasantly happy that there were cozy blankets stowed as I’m generally a person that prefers cozying up with a blanket at night before bed — so bonus points there! Overall, pleasant and comfortable."

"Great location to Knoxville Convention Center where we attend LMU OTD program graduation. One hour from Gaitlenberg. Plenty of room for 12 people with 3. King size beds and 1 queen and 2 doubles including sheets and pillows. May need to bring blankets if you are a cold person since no blankets on the beds but comforters included. The manager of the property was easy to get a hold of and attentive to ours need some more towels. Supplies toilet paper ( 2 rolls) per bathroom, so bring toilet paper and paper towels. Will need more kitchen towels to wipes dishes and he was aware of the fire alarm over the downstairs bathroom in the kitchen , go off when use in the toaster and opening the oven door. Parking was sufficient for 4 cars but when parking under the tree next to the home, you will get tress sap on your car. Overall, the house was comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 12. Has 2 table for eating and a fold out table in the laundry room for entertaining. The grill is charcoal not propane, but sufficient to cook steak and hamburger, but takes a while to heat."
