Musty smell and the undies don’t open. The $33 I paid for 2 breakfasts turned out to be $15 credit to their coffee bar!! Parking is valet only at $35. One small water bottle was $5!! Such a joke this place. Avoid it.

The Knoxville Graduate is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly. The valet service is very good, and the only hotel parking option, other than off property. The daily parking fee is a bit steep.
