Good hotel location, but too close to the action

Pros: Breakfast, shuttle, and price
Cons: more soundproofing
Overall, it was a decent experience with a good fare, pleasant accommodations, and a tasty breakfast. However, the bed was lumpy and kept waking me up, then couldn't sleep as the traffic was louder than the fan, and the TV signal was subpar causing me to use my phone.

Cons: Nada
Location: Airport 10 minutes away
Got in late, called for a ride, came right over, checked in, got up ate breakfast and the caught the shuttle right back and on time in the morning

Needed updated bathroom sink toilet...sink cracked....faucets leaked...nice comfortable beds..tv very unreliable reception.....analog..needs update.

Cons: Poor front desk help.
Location: Eagan has tons to do.
Didn't put our two rooms next to each other. Disappointing. Beds super hard. Nice bathrooms. Liked the insert for shampoos.

Convenient location but terrible parking

This hotel is fine - the clerk was overworked on Valentine's night, but was trying to be friendly. The hotel was nicer in the common areas than in the hallways or our room which needs its bathroom looked at for a redo. Problem parking is caused by the many vehicles left there because of park and fly deals. Actual guests at the sold out hotel were parking in neighboring lots. On a cold night, that was not nice!

Spur of the moment stay

Pros: I liked that they had the bagels and so forth out well before their 6am breakfast time. My flight was at 5:30am so it was nice to be able to eat.
I had been here before with not a very good experience, but I found myself in the area again so I decided to give it another chance. This time the room didn't smell funny and there were no issues with the printer in the "business center". I would stay here again without hesitation.

Pictures of this hotel looked great but that was only if you were staying in a suite. Our room needed a serious update for one. There was a large crack in the window and the window sills were very dirty and cracking. There were stains all over the carpet and a few random hairs in the bed sheets. I would not stay here again.
