Pros: Not much. The staff were apologetic for the conditions, and helpful when needed.
Cons: Just about everything.
Location: Moab has lots of outdoor activities to enjoy.
We stayed on the ground floor - which seemed to have an insect problem: earwigs and ants. The beds were too firm for us, and the carpets in our room desperately needed a good cleaning - or perhaps some regular vacuuming would help. The shower water temperature would fluctuate as other guests used their toilets, showers, and sinks and the bathroom was tiny in our double-queen room. There was no privacy shade on the window, only the room-darkening shade, and their Wi-Fi was extremely limited range and bandwidth. They had a problem with their key-card writer while we stayed there; we had to have our room cards replaced daily. Moab is expensive, but do yourself a favor and pay the extra $20-$30/night to upgrade to a nicer hotel.

Good room and service for the price. Hotel not visually attractive but room was more then adequate. Saving $100 for an overnight stay is always good.

Pros: Perfect location.
Cons: Everything
Location: The Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Eddie McStiff's restaurant; fantastic food and a gluten free menu.
Stayed for two nights and room wasn't cleaned. Had to ask for an extra towel as only 3 towels had been provided for 4 guests. No plug in the sink. Looked out over an area where air conditioning units had been discarded. When air conditioning was on a smell of drains filled the room. The female receptionist was unfriendly and inefficient, however the male receptionist was helpful. The breakfast items were never topped up so had to find a member of staff to get more milk etc.

Good location, but needs some improvement

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Cons: Locate the smell that permeates through the halls and guestrooms. It makes a terrible first, and last, impression. Paint the halls.
Location: Walk through town, Arches, Island in the Sky-Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, Rafting, Petroglyphs, Dinosaur tracks, Sand hill for the kids
We stayed for 3 nights in Moab to get to explore Arches, take a rafting trip, and head off to Canyonlands after checking out. The location was great for all these activities as well as to stroll through town. Breakfast was typical for most hotels these days (waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice). The juice wasn't that great. While the pool was small, it never got busy enough for it to make a real difference for our kids. It was a great place to cool off after a long day of exploration! Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant enough.

below average

Pros: nothing
The room was too hot, air conditioner emits moldy smell, hallways are very hot and not air conditioned, curtain backing full of holes letting sunshine through.

Acceptable accommodation

Pros: Served coffee and cookies at the end of the day.
Cons: Add more healthy choices for breakfast.
Location: Close to the restaurants. Easy access in and out of Moab.
This was acceptable for a 2 star hotel. Reasonably clean. Breakfast included.

It was inexpensive and met our need. We hiked at Arches National Park and stayed just one night.

Good hotel

Nice location. Close to Arches National Park. Clean. Continental breakfast. Only one thing I didn't like is the tables in the breakfast area were very dirty. Otherwise, it is not a bad place to stay.
