"This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited."
