"Dome life is a unique experience. Ours was cozy and relaxing. Great place to get away from crowded hotels. The mountain views awesome with amazing sunsets and sunrises. Close to Great Sand Dunes. The dome was well cared for and had most everything we needed. The people in town welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if our travels lead us this way in the future. "

"The location and views from the upper rooms are without equal. You will sleep in silence, awake to beauty, and thank your lucky dark-sky stars you chose so wisely. The property manager, Erin, is just as wonderful. I needed her help (due to idiocy on my behalf) - and she came racing to my rescue with a smile on her face and the most genuine, heart-centered concern you can imagine. I highly recommend staying at this property (and hope its available the next time I visit Crestone!)."

"The room was on the backside of a building, in that you had to tromp through a scraggly yard with overgrown grass/weeds/dirt. This was not very convenient with luggage. The room was nicely appointed and in a quiet city. The owner did a good job of communicating the code and how to get ahold of them. "

"This place was a little home away from home. We had our 1yr old with us. There was space to put the play pen for his safe place. We had a kitchen that was well stocked so we were able to save with cooking in some days. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved it!"

"This was a quiet, peaceful, tranquil get away. The birdhouse was comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Crestone has lots of great hiking and spiritual retreats. The Great Sand Dune National Park is about an hour away, the drive has spectacular views. "

"The area was remote yet full of interesting activities for family. We really enjoyed the remoteness for star gazing with kids which gave us a great opportunities for amazing pictures. And day time exploring for wildlife and near by waterfalls and creeks to cool off. Place had everything we needed for comfort with great views and spacious for our family. Very interesting place and not too difficult to find and near by town for dining."
