"2.5 Stars The location is prime. Santana Row is a fun, vibrant area with great energy. The loft was, sadly, not what I expected. I found it to be dirty and because of this very uncomfortable. The entire unit was dusty, the couch was stained, the pillows on the bed were stained & old looking, the cooking utensils and pots/pans had old food on them and did not look like they were recently washed, the shower curtain was moldy (this was replaced during my stay after I mentioned it to the owner)....

"Overall, I had a nice stay here for 3 nights. It had all the basic essentials that I needed, except for the clothes dryer that was listed in the amenities, which I really could've used. I found it a little uncomforting that the 2nd bedroom was locked and inaccessible, I was unaware of that before booking. Being a single woman, it just made me feel a little uneasy not knowing exactly what is behind those doors..probably is nothing but still uncomfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful when...
