"Apartment was in a perfect spot for enjoying downtown. The info about the stairs was helpful in that it is a very long set of stairs to the apartments. Owner was struggling with some rooftop fan noise but was very accommodating and concerned about its impact on us and was working to correct it. It is a renovated historic building. Parking was not an issue for us and there is parking around back, but it’s a little tricky to find at first without instructions. Overall a great spot and with family...

"This little condo was really cute and perfect for our quick getaway. It was clean, the check in process was easy (even though the office was closed when we arrived due to the hurricane), and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We also saw 2 different alligators (~8 and ~10 feet), so they are definitely around!"

"We needed a pet friendly place close to Blackbear Sailing Club for a regatta. This place was right across the street from the club. The accommodations reminded me of a hotel room with a balcony, which was ok for us as we were gone most of the time racing or site seeing. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. It was a few miles to grocery stores, but when we were there traffic wasn’t too bad."
