Historic Downtown New Bern two bedroom condo in the heart of our city. More than fifteen restaurants/bars within one block. Specialty gift shops, turn of the century Hardware Store, Ladies and Men's clothing boutiques surround you. One block from the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers at Union Point Park! There is no more central location than this. A perfect place for romantic getaways! Tryon Palace, Historic Homes and Parks are just outside the front door.

Location, location, location!

We loved the decor and location of this very clean apartment. We walked to breakfast & dinner the days we stayed in downtown New Bern. The people were friendly and the food was great. There is so much to see in the area and being downtown is what we enjoyed the most.

Ideal New Bern Spot

The apartment was perfect, immaculately kept and tremendously convenient right in the heart of New Bern. We never needed our car once we arrived. And David was a perfect host, very responsive and friendly. We'd highly recommend this spot!

Always the Perfect Stay

This is my second time staying in this property. The downtown location is perfect, and the property is as pictured in the listing. The only thing that would make this property better is if it had outdoor space, but you can find that is the lovely park across the street! Thank you again!

Great location and value

The 2 bed 2 bath apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Even though we went out for most meals, kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect for walking to everything in downtown and waterfront new Bern. And it’s a 5 minute drive to multiple kayak launches. We will definitely try to book it when we plan another trip to the city.

Perfect 2nd Story DT Apartment

It was great to have a downtown getaway. We could walk to and from events all weekend. Convention Center, restaurants and music were convenient. We return annually and look forward to our stays in our little home away from home. It is a second floor unit so expect stairs to access. But you get to enjoy all the life of downtown!

nice spot directly in town

Super cute apartment, clean and tastefully decorated. Walking distance to everything. You will hear children at the playground during there day and street noise with the restaurants on the street until about 9-10, then it dies down to quiet. The stairs are a little tough if you're old, there are about 20 or so and it's steep. We loved the distance walking to literally everything and the owner is nice. Age of renters, two older ladies. Length of stay 2 nights. Reccomend this apartment. The dog staying down the hall only barks when you get there.

Perfect place for a girlfriend's weekend!

This lovely condo, located in the heart of New Bern, was the perfect place for me and my friend to enjoy a weekend away! Just a short walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops, we don't think we could have found any better place to stay. It has plenty of space and very comfortable beds, is extremely clean, and the host was very responsive. Our suggestions: eat at Chelsea (amazing shrimp & grits) and Morgan's Tavern (Big Daddy's shrimp roll was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had); have drinks at Baxter's (speakeasy atmosphere), and apps/beers at Poppy's Bites & Barrels (don't miss the candied bacon and pork nachos). Also, if you're staying on a Saturday, make sure to go to the Farmer's Market for great finds. I have visited New Bern many times over the years, but I always stayed at a B&B. That is, until I found this condo. Book it...you'll be happy you did! (Yeah, the stairs are a challenge, but absolutely doable, even for us old ladies. LOL Plus, you can work off some of those calories consumed.)

Great location and condo in New Bern NC

Owner was very responsive and helpful. The unit was really nice with wonderfully high ceilings. Lots of restaurant's nearby. Just made our visit with family in New Bern perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay for daughters wedding.

The location of this Vrbo could not have been better. It was right next door to our daughter wedding venue with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Anything else we needed was a short drive away. The apt was easy to access, very clean with more amenities and much nicer than we expected. This will definitely be our go to place for future New Bern visits.
