"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. "
