Perfect for bluesfest walkable distance or 3 minutes by train. Room was comfortable and staff was nice. I didnt like being forced into valet parking. I couldve parked my car and paid the parking that wouldve been fine

Nice and clean hotel. But they only offer valet parking which was quite expensive for Ottawa ($32 is more like Toronto prices) and they charged me $3.5 to call the valet from the phone in my room to bring my car to the front!!!!
